STORE POLICY

Payment

Items may be purchased via cash or credit card at the store or via bank transfers to Hana Bank 307-910013-13604 Seoul Foreign School, noting the Student ID within the transaction. All payments are due within three business days of the order date.

Shipping

All orders are processed in the order that bank transfer deposits are received. Allow 1-3 business days for shipping and handling.

 

Pick-Up

All orders are processed in the order that bank transfer deposits are received. Allow 1-2 business days to receive an email with pick-up details.

Exchanges

Purchased products may be exchanged if unworn, unwashed, or undamaged and currently selling at the store, for the purchased amount with receipts or at the current selling price without receipts. Items may be returned to the store in person or mailed back to the store at the expense of the purchaser. All personalized products cannot be exchanged. No refunds will be made for purchased products.
