STORE POLICY

Online Bookings

To visit the store on campus, all parents must book online via the website and receive a book confirmation email before visiting the store. All visits must be booked online 24hours in advance, to comply with school regulations.

Payment

Items may be purchased via cash at the store or via bank transfers to Hana Bank 307-910013-13604 Seoul Foreign School, noting the Student ID within the transaction. All payments are due within three business days of the order date. Credit card payments will be available soon.

Shipping

All orders are processed in the order that bank transfer deposits are received. Allow 1-3 business days for shipping and handling.

 

Pick-Up

All orders are processed in the order that bank transfer deposits are received. Allow 1-2 business days to receive an email with pick-up details.

Exchanges

Purchased products may be exchanged if unworn, unwashed, or undamaged and currently selling at the store, for the purchased amount with receipts or at the current selling price without receipts. Items may be returned to the store in person (online booking required) or mailed back to the store at the expense of the purchaser. All personalized products cannot be exchanged. No refunds will be made for purchased products.
